RSI Roofing, Inc., was founded and incorporated in 1982 by Roger &
Marilyn LaPierre. From our 20,000 square foot facility and 60-plus
employees, we work with owners, architects, and engineers from building
conception to final completion.
In 1998, RSI bought GTB Inc., a local sheet metal contracting
company. This has had a tremendous positive impact. In the coordination and
flexibility of roofing and sheet metal work RSI also has a complete crew of
asbestos handlers, and can coordinate all your roofing abatement needs in
conjunction with new roof installation. RSI can virtually complete all
phases of roofing and sheet metal with our own skilled technicians.
RSI is a Carlisle ESP, Excellence in Single-Ply contractor, and we were
recently presented the prestigious "Hall of Fame" award from Carlisle with
over 659 perfect installations. We also received the ABC Platinum award
for outstanding safety and employee recognition in 2000, and were presented a 1st place award at the 2001 ABC National Convention for National
Safety Excellence in the 50,000 Work-Hour category. RSI is also a member
of the National Roofers and Contractors Association (NRCA).
To date, we have installed a grand total of over 52,000,000 square feet of
roofing. A few of our more prominent projects are the Pentagon, Washington;
the Frederic Remington Art Museum, Ogdensburg, NY; Robert Moses Power
Dam,
Massena, NY; Boldt Castle, Alexandria Bay, NY and Jones Apparel
Group, S.
Hill, VA. We have also completed work for many local, state and
federal government agencies.
